First time here and I’m not really sure why this place has 4 stars, first time there and will definitely not be back. My husband got a steak which had more fat than anything, I got fish that was thin and crispy which tasted like it had been fried hours ago. The baked potatoes were pitiful with the fake bacon bits. We drove over a hour here to try it out only to be a complete waste.
I must apologize for stumbling into a good ol boys meeting. Not messed up bout what folk do in they on yard but u could atleast advertise no "others" welcome. Will never ever ever ever waste a spit in a bucket and return to that "peculiar" establishment. Nor the generations after me.
The staff was very friendly and the food is good and the prices are fair. Lost a star because it’s a waterfront restaurant without any water views. Kinda blows my mind how NONE of the indoor tables (or the bar) are places you can sit and watch the water go by. There’s a patio but it looks to be in disrepair and the door to the patio has a sign begging patrons not to open it.
